One balance of credits. You spend it only when Lexa does the work.
Credits, not seats
Everything Lexa generates is billed in credits — about one cent each. No per-user fees, no minimums. You pay for the thinking you actually use, metered by how much work each request takes.
Billed when Lexa thinks
Chat answers and one-shot tasks spend credits. Uploading and reading your documents, OCR on scans, and storage within your plan are free.
Two models, one balance
Flash is the fast, economical default; Pro reasons more deeply and costs more per answer. Switch on any message — both come with every plan.
Credits never expire
Monthly plan credits and one-time packs both roll over indefinitely. Nothing you buy evaporates at the end of the month.
Credits buy answers — everything around them is free.
Bring as many documents as your storage allows. You’re only charged when a model generates something for you.

One-time packs add credits to any plan — including Free — and never expire. No subscription required.
The fine print, in plain terms.
- What is a credit?
- A credit costs about one cent. Usage is metered by how much AI work each task takes — heavier, document-rich requests spend more credits than short ones — so what you pay tracks the work behind your matter rather than an arbitrary plan tier.
- What uses credits, and what doesn't?
- Lexa's chat answers and one-shot tasks use credits. Uploading and reading documents, OCR on scans, and storage within your plan don't cost anything.
- How much does an answer cost?
- On Flash, most answers cost a single credit; long, document-heavy research costs a few. Pro answers reason over more and cost more each. Your 100 free credits are enough for dozens of Flash questions — plenty to take a matter from upload to a first draft.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Monthly subscription credits and one-time credit packs both carry over indefinitely.
- What happens if I run out?
- Lexa pauses model calls until you top up — buy a credit pack or start a subscription. Your cases, documents, and drafts stay exactly where they are.
- Subscription or credit pack?
- A subscription renews monthly with a credit allotment plus more storage. A credit pack is a one-time top-up that works on any plan, including Free. Either way, the credits never expire.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, from Settings → Billing. You keep your plan through the period you've paid for, then revert to Free — your data and any remaining credits stay with you.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Refunds are handled case by case. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of you.
